The solution
These apartments are part of a very famous neighbourhood in Valencia due to its architecture. It was essential to integrate the project into this area, continuing with a similar typology but making clear the difference between the new and the old buildings.
This project has two different buildings, a tower and a block, which have to be related in some ways. The block is a mix between apartments connected through a corridor and duplex. On the first floor you can find a leisure room and the laundry. There are a total of 35 apartments distributed in 7 floor plans.
The tower is a 15 storey building with three 1 bedroom apartments per floor. On its 8th floor there is the common area where users can gather and relax watching the park which is next to the project. There is an accessible apartment on each floor, except the 8th floor. There are a total of 41 apartments.
