The solution
The project is located in Valencia, in one of the most important streets of the city. It is not a conventional shop but a place where people can gather and share hobbies. The shop is designed to serve multiple purposes, like reading a book while having a coffee, surfing the Internet or listening to the presentation of a new novel.
The store has an entrance at street level. However, in a few meters it is necessary to go 600mm downstairs. In order to comply with the Part M Regulation, a minimal platform integrated on the floor and barely visible was installed.
It is a 2 storey shop. On the ground floor, there are the book and music expositions, the café area, an accessible WC and the staff area. On the first floor, there are the computer area and the presentations area.Both storeys are connected through a stair and a lift.
