The requirements
- To integrate the existing extension on the lower ground floor.
- New open dining/kitchen/living.

The solution
It was decided to use the existing extension as the main access on the lower ground floor, linking all together the old extension with the new one as well as the existing house.
On the lower ground floor, some steps will give access to a big open kitchen and a living room. A big screen facing the garden and the new rooflights bring a lot of light to the space.
On the first floor, the existing extension hosts the new study and the snug area.
